We mentor gym owners and coaches on how to create safe, effective, and empowering training environments for adaptive and neurodiverse athletes. Whether you're just getting started or want to elevate your existing programming, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you serve all athletes with confidence.

Adaptive Fitness Coaching Certification

Whether online or in your gym, our certification equips you with the skills, support, and confidence to coach neurodiverse athletes with care and impact.

Online Certification

$2,000 (One-Time), $500/month follow-up

Train from anywhere with expert coaching, resources, and adaptive equipment shipped to you.

INCLUSIONS:

  • Onboarding calls (foundation building)

  • Bi-weekly check-in calls for the first 8 weeks (mentor call at $50/hr)

  • Full adaptive equipment pack (Active grips, colored dots, sensory headphones, sensory swing & visual schedules)

  • Weekly email check-ins via CRM

  • 1x monthly owner/manager call for businesses only (30 min topic + 30 min Q&A)

  • Bi-weekly coaching call for programming & coaching (30 min topic + 30 min Q&A)

In-Person Workshop

$5,000 (One-Time), $500/month follow-up

We come to your gym. Train with real athletes, gain hands-on experience, and learn directly from Damon in a live workshop.

INCLUSIONS:

  • Includes all calls, check-ins, and equipment provided in the online certification

  • Damon leads a full-day, in-person training at your gym

  • Hands-on learning with real athletes

  • Workshop covers key functions of the program and how to apply them
